The
following inspire me. Each is significant and has touched me in a
special way. The "Truth is the Truth" no matter where it comes from.

ALOHA
SPIRIT: Here are some words of wisdom from Serge
Kahili King, Huna shaman from Hawaii teaching us to work with the power
of blessing to help bring about positive changes in our lives.
The technique is simple yet requires dedication and repetition.

A
PRAYER FOR THE WORLD: I was sent this beautiful prayer
recently and have decided to include it here. It's by Rabbi
Harold S. Kushner, author of "When Bad Things Happen to Good People".
May these words help to inspire and heal you.

HEALING
MANTRA: I am intuitively drawn to working with sound for
healing and I love to sing. I include this mantra here (it
can be sung or chanted) because it too has touched my heart. It is approximately
4,000 years old and is said to have great healing power. The translation
is included, however, according to Thomas
Ashley-Farrand, an authority of Vedic and Buddhist Sanskrit mantras:
"the power of mantras comes not from the meaning of the syllables,
but from their direct vibrational effect on our body's physiological and
energetic systems". Mantras must, therefore, be chanted or sung in
their original language and ideally, 108 times.

MESSAGE
FROM THE ANGELS: Angels are in all of our lives; some of
us just need to be reminded that they really do exist. We can ask
for help from our Guardian Angels at any time: when we feel scared and
alone, or times when we just need a friend to talk to. We can also
call on the Archangels to assist us with our healing. The Archangels
can help us clear really heavy stuff that may seem impossible to clear.
They are completely unafraid of what we perceive as darkness, and help
to bring in the healing Light where there once seemed a void.
Angels are the messengers of the Divine Light. They bring the answers,
the Truth.

PEACE
PRAYER OF ST. FRANCIS: The prayer begins: "Lord make me an
instrument of thy peace". It reminds us that in giving generously
and lovingly we always receive. St.
Francis of Assisi (1182-1226) is known in the Catholic Church as the
lover of all creation, the patron saint of animals and the environment,
and for founding the Franciscan Order.

SACRED
WHITE BUFFALO: The White Buffalo is a great messenger marking
a critical time on Earth. It represents the innocence and purity
to which we must return if this planet and her peoples are to survive.

TIPS TO HELP YOU CONNECT WITH YOUR ANGELS: Written by Christopher
Dilts of "Ask an Angel", this wonderfully practical guide helps us
to easily connect with our angels and reminds us that they are there for
us "24/7".

SHAMANIC
CENTERING: This piece was written by Roy
Henry Vickers, a Canadian First Nations artist whom I greatly respect.
His words touch me because of their simplicity and integrity.
These words are for everyone. They speak of the beauty and strength
in each of us.

SHINING
OUR LIGHT: These words were written by best-selling author,
Marianne
Williamson, and can be found in her book "A Return to Love". Nelson
Mandela quoted these powerful words in his inagural speech in 1994
as he became the first native African president of South Africa.

TWENTY-THIRD
PSALM: I have been greatly comforted by this Psalm
in times of doubt and fear. It helped me to realize that we are truly
loved and cared for. Especially if we feel unworthy, it is a comfort
to know that the Great Spirit loves us so very much, and that there is
truly nothing that cannot be forgiven or healed. We need only to
ask. There is always a way Home. This Psalm also
helped me see that although I may feel fear around me, that the Great Spirit
is with me and I am safe.
